#localmama is here to share activities, events, cool ideas for kids, moms, dads, and the community! As mamas - we need lots of things. HELP for one. We need help in doing it all - we want thriving children, caring and involved dads, and a supportive community. We also need some mama time. That's what I'm talkin' about.

We will share some packages local businesses are putting together to have a night on the town with your amazing hubby or super-fun girl friends. We will be talking with local specialists to get tips and tricks to stay healthy, strong, and happy despite the stressful lives we all lead.
